Alex is a Mental Health Counselor Registered Intern who earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social work from the University of Georgia.
Alex specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She is passionate about providing a safe space for clients to be vulnerable as they seek relief, understanding, and growth through counseling. She has experience working in child welfare and residential treatment facilities with individuals of all ages from infancy to adulthood.
Alex is from Atlanta, Georgia and moved to Tampa seven years ago to pursue her dream of being a counselor and recently relocated back to Georgia. Alex recently got married and gained two bonus kids. Although, Alex cannot actively be involved in Younglife and Wyldlife, I still have the passion for ministering to the younger generation.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys hanging with her husband and kids, taking her dog Lucy to the dog park, and enjoying time with family and friends.
